Hello! I am a passionate music educator with five years of experience helping students unlock their full potential on the flute and saxophone. A proud graduate of Texas Lutheran University with a Bachelors in Music Education, I am dedicated to making music education both rigorous and deeply rewarding, whether a student is picking up their instrument for the very first time or preparing for advanced challenges like TMEA All-State auditions.

My teaching philosophy focuses on building strong technical foundations, artistic expression, and confidence that students can carry into all areas of their lives. When I am not in the lesson room teaching or writing customized instructional plans, I am likely working on creative music technology projects for synesthesia, listening to R&B and jazz, or hanging out with my cats and loving family.

I am thrilled to be part of the private lesson staff at NBISD and CISD this year, and cannot wait to help our students grow, succeed, and fall even more in love with making music!
