Hello! My name is Dustin Garza, I am 21 years old, and I am a Senior Music Education major at Texas State University. During my time in college, I have had the amazing opportunity to teach at New Braunfels High School, Dripping Springs High School, Oak Run Middle School, and Danforth Junior High School. I have played in the Wind Symphony, Symphony Orchestra, Ceremonial Brass, Trombone Choir, and Symphonic Winds ensembles at Texas State University. I held the titles of section leader for two years with the Bobcat Marching Band and section leader within the Symphonic Winds ensemble. During the 2023 and 2024 summer seasons, I was fortunate enough to march with the Boston Crusaders Drum and Bugle Corps on Baritone learning from great music educators such as Mr. Jarrett Lipman and DCI Hall of Fame member Mr. Gino Cipriani.
